The Sporran is actually Scottish Gaelic for ‘purse’ and is a traditional part of Scottish Highland dress. In simple terms a sporran is just a pouch on a Scottish kilt which is made traditionally without pockets. A sporran from Kilts4Less is made of leather or fur with elaborate silver ornamentation.
